She has extensive experience in General Practice in Suffolk particularly. She has special interests in paediatrics, womens’ and mens’ health, end of life care, mental health, care of the elderly and lower gastrointestinal medicine. |

Dr Lal qualified from Kings College Hospital, London in 1991.
Dr Kaiser gained his medical degree from the University of Cambridge in 1996 and subsequently spent many years working in hospital medicine in Norwich, Cambridge, Leeds and London before deciding to work in General Practice. He worked as a GP in Jaywick, Essex for three years, prior to joining Wickham Market Medical Centre as a partner in October 2006.
Dr Burn gained her medical degree from St Bartholomew’s and the Royal London Medical School, University of London, in 2003. After that working at a variety of hospitals in London and Essex. She completed her Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2008 before going on to work in a practice in Harwich, Essex, for 15 years. Most recently she has had 2 years of overseas experience working as a GP in New Zealand before joining Wickham Market Medical Centre as a partner in March 2026.
Dr Nye was born and brought up in Suffolk, he re-turned following 10 years training in 2010 and for the last 10 years has been working as a GP in a busy practice in Ipswich. 
Dr Ridout has been practicing medicine for 20 years. She trained at Guy’s, Kings and St Thomas’ in London then specialised in family medicine undertaking this part of her specialist training in Kent, Surrey, Sussex Deanery.
