OUT OF HOURS SERVICE

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

When the practice is closed please call the usual surgery number and you will be directed to the out of hours service.

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call 111 to speak to a Health Advisor. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

For Out of Hours call 111.  The service has been introduced for people who need medical care quickly but don't need a 999 emergency service. It operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Extended Hours

The surgery offers extended hours appointments (outside of our Main opening Hours of 08.00-18.30) at various times and surgeries. Please ask at reception.
