Clinical Operations Manager
Luzia Woods
I joined the practice in 2016 undertaking my NVQ in business administration, working in the admin/reception teams. In 2017 I completed my care certificate and became an HCA undertaking training in phlebotomy and chronic disease reviews. 2020 lead to my Nursing Associate Degree before finally completing my Registered Nurse Degree, expanding my clinical knowledge and skills. I then moved into a managerial role as clinical operations manager, overseeing the daily running of the clinical teams.
Nurse Practitioners
Mrs Cathy Leete
NP Bsc Hons - Cathy Joined the practice in March 2015. She has many years general nursing experience including plastic surgery nursing and community leg ulcer care. Cathy has worked in general practice since moving to Suffolk 11 years ago and completed her Nurse Practitioner degree in 2010. Cathy often sees patients for 'on the day' for urgent appointments. She is qualified to examine if appropriate, diagnose and treat accordingly. Cathy has particular interest in respiratory and wound care.
Mrs Sindhu Mary Aji
Sindhu joined the practice on the 12th Sept 2016 and is the newest Nurse Practitioner to join the team. Sindhu had previously been trained to be a nurse in India and before starting work here, she managed Foxearth care home in Saxsted. She is now managing our care homes as well as working inside the surgery, specialising in End of Life care.

I qualified as a registered nurse 2016 from University of the West of England. I gained a diabetes diploma from Warwick university in 2023 allowing me to specialise in diabetes and then completed my non-medical prescriber qualification in 2024.
Nurse Associates
Jasmine Lovelock
I joined the practice in 2017 as a Business Administration Apprentice and worked in both the Reception and Admin teams. After completion I was taken on as a Receptionist. I then trained as a Healthcare Assistant and joined the Nursing team. Following this, I then started my second apprenticeship at University to become a Registered Nurse Associate, which I have recently qualified as in November 2024, where I undertake various clinical roles and responsibilities to support the clinical team. I have a particular interest in wound care and phlebotomy.
Healthcare Assistants
Will Ross
I joined the surgery in January 2023 on Reception, took advantage of an opportunity to learn phlebotomy and fell in love with clinical work. From there I've qualified as a Healthcare Assistant and look forward to whatever my newfound career presents to me.
