Community Nurses

The Community Nurses are now based in Woodbridge (Pytches Road) and can be contacted on telephone number: 01394 389201.

Their task is to provide nursing care to patients who are too unwell to leave their homes and patients requiring homecare following a stay in hospital. These nurses work in close liaison with the Doctors who refer patients to them when necessary.
